There is a wide choice of local beaches to choose from in this picturesque part of southwest Brittany from the wide sandy beaches of the Baie d’Audierne to the rocky coves on the Baie de Douarnenez. Children will find the rock pools absolutely fascinating and for those looking for more adventure, why not enroll in one of the local surf or sailing schools?
Within a short distance of each campsite on offer there are a number of typical Breton attractions, including the regional capital of Quimper, the world heritage centre of Locronan, the walled city of Concarneau and the beautiful fishing ports of Audierne, Douarnenez and Benodet.
The wonderful local markets and quaint cobbled streets in the shopping centre of Quimper will keep you amused. For the more energetic there are a number of activities to increase your heart rate; from cycling through the beautiful Brittany countryside to Kayaking up the river Goyen at Audierne or the more picturesque river Odet from Benodet to Quimper. Walkers can benefit from a number of local routes as well the conservation area, the Pointe du Raz (Land’s End) France’s most westerly tip.
One of the main reasons for visiting France is to delight in the food culture and Brittany will not let you down! Try a regional delicacy of Crepes with a number of delicious fillings washed down with a glass of the fantastic local cider. Seafood lovers will be spoilt for choice at one of a number of local restaurants.
LETTING SERVICE
For those who wish to earn extra income there is the possibility of sub letting your new holiday home when not in use.
Each Leisure Park offers superb facilities for holiday makers and is based in very desirable locations. Letting services can be provided through either our holiday management company (Getaway2France) or via the individual campsite owner. There are no intrusive contracts and no restrictions on your personal usage. Letting agreements can be decided on a yearly basis depending on when you are planning to use your home and for how often.
AFTERCARE SERVICE
Our participation does not end once you have purchased a holiday home. As we are based close by to the leisure parks we are able to offer a fully managed service. This includes year round maintenance & safety equipment checks. All new homes come with extensive warranties and our on going relationship with the mobile home manufacturer will ensure your homes remain in good safe working order.
VIEWING BREAKS
Why not come visit the park of your choice on our free leisure park visit programme. This includes up to 3 nights free accommodation. We can also help with the travel arrangements with discounted ferry travel or advice on local airport access.
Both holiday parks are easily accessible from both the UK & Ireland, with excellent links by air and sea. This is an ideal opportunity to sample the local area and talk with us and the site owners.
